Every full replacement we complete at Charlotte Roof Master carries a lifetime workmanship warranty. That covers installation defects: improper nailing patterns, flashing gaps, ridge cap failures, and any other issue traceable to our crew's hands. NC License #27941 backs every job since 2009.

- Full roof replacement with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles — includes tear-off, new underlayment, and dumpster
Leak repairs for asphalt shingle and metal roofs — same-day emergency tarping available
Insurance claim assistance — we meet your adjuster on-site and document damage for full replacement value
Flashing replacement for chimney, skylight, and valleys using 26-gauge galvanized steel
Ventilation upgrades — ridge vents, intake vents, and attic fans to extend shingle life
Gutter installation and repair (seamless aluminum, 5- or 6-inch)
Skylight installation and flashing with low-E, impact-resistant glass
Annual roof inspection and maintenance programs with written report

- Structural framing repairs (e.g., rotten rafters or trusses — requires a licensed structural contractor)
